Join and sign
Fill in the partner form and e-sign the Partner Agreement. Your partner login is created once you have signed.

Add your customer
Enter the customer's details in your partner panel. You only see your own customers.

Notify the installation team
Tell TenPlus the customer is added and ask for the installation and activation. TenPlus does the installation.

Collect the payment
You collect the full payment from your customer yourself, so your 30% commission is yours directly.

Pay TenPlus and upload proof
Send TenPlus its 70% share, then upload proof in your panel that you collected the customer's payment and paid TenPlus.

After the proof is in, TenPlus activates your customer for the full subscription period. Until then, the plan stays pending. The customer gets one confirmation email from TenPlus with the activation and how long it lasts.

Who collects the customer's payment?
You do. You alone collect payment from the customer, so your 30% commission is yours directly. TenPlus takes no customer payment.
What if I do not pay TenPlus its share?
TenPlus may stop that customer's subscription and suspend your partner login. Pay your share and upload proof to keep service running.
Who handles refunds and chargebacks?
You do. Chargebacks, refunds and payment disputes with the customer are your responsibility, and the 70% share is still owed to TenPlus.
A customer calls me with a problem. What do I do?
Raise a support ticket for that customer from your partner panel. The ticket goes straight to TenPlus support.
How does a box order ship?
Once you submit the order form and confirm payment, TenPlus ships the box directly to your customer.
What if a customer returns a box?
The box goes back within 15 days to the address it was shipped from. Shipping charges are not refunded, only the price of the box. You refund the customer, and the amount you already paid TenPlus for that box is adjusted against your next sale.
When do I get my partner login?
Your login is created only after the application form is complete and you have e-signed the Partner Agreement and NDA.
